The Dart 2JZ Iron Eagle block brings the only real affordable engine block option capable of making big power to the 2JZ market. This block has addressed the shortcomings of the OEM block design, added many performance upgrades, and brings an engine block to the market that will be considered essential for any serious performance setup. – Extra thick outer block case for increased strength under high horsepower levels
– Siamese cylinder bores with extra thick walls
– Extra thick deck ensure reliable head gasket seal
– Blind head bolt holes available in standard 11mm or upgraded to 1/2″
– Scalloped water jacket increases flow around cylinder for better cooling
– Machined for screw-in style freeze plugs
– All OE bolt holes for starter, water pump etc.
