Easy to adjust mechanical advance withsupplied springs and stop bushings.
Maintenance-free magnetic pickup and precision reluctor create stable trigger signals throughout the rpm range.
Polished steel shaft is QPQ coated and guided by two sealed ball bearings.
Advance plate and weights are fine blanked from chrome moly steeland QPQ coated for friction reduction.
Mechanicaladvance assembly can be lockedout for crank trigger systems.
Advance weight pins are staked and tigwelded to the plate.
Nylon pads ensure smooth operation of theadvance weights.
Supplied withHEI style distributor cap and rotor.
Must be used with an MSD 6, 7, 8 or 10 Ignition Control.
Doesnot accept a vacuum advance.
Will not fit Tunnel Ram or EFI manifolds.
For accurate timing, a high outputmagnetic pick-up is used that plugs directly into your MSD Ignition Control. There is an easy-to-adjust mechanical advance mounted on top of eachdistributor and is easily tuned with an assortment of supplied advance stop bushingsand advance springs.
