Description
A spigot bearing, also known as a pilot bearing, supports the transmission input shaft and fits inside the crankshaft. It absorbs vibrations caused by the crankshaft and input shaft rotating at different speeds when you press the clutch pedal. Aeroflow upgraded roller pilot bearings are designed as direct replacements in all GM LS engines. Each roller bearing eliminates premature bearing failure and ensure clean clutch release by maintaining the true alignment of the clutch disc to the flywheel.
