If you wish to return an item within 30 days of purchase due to a change of mind or incorrect part purchase, CMP can offer an exchange, credit or refund provided that:

1. The item is in the original packaging including instruction manuals and accessories, it has not been fitted or used, and it is in a saleable condition.
2. You can provide the CMP invoice or CMP invoice number.
3. The item was not a clearance item, special order (buy in) or custom manufactured.
4. You are responsible for return shipping to CMP.
5.  You agree to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Warranty

As CMP is not a parts manufacturer and items received subject to a warranty request may need to be shipped to the original manufacturer for assessment. Until we are authorised to provide a replacement, credit or refund by the manufacturer, we cannot immediately issue replacements, credits or refunds.
