1. Dispatch Timeframe

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after full payment has been received.
• Delivery timeframes range between 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
• Items are shipped from CMP’s warehouse in Welshpool, Western Australia. In some cases, products may be shipped directly from one of our suppliers or partners.
• If there is any delay or issue preventing part or all of your order from being shipped, you will be notified as soon as possible.

2. Delivery Requirements

• CMP cannot deliver to PO Boxes unless prior arrangements have been made. A valid street address must be provided to avoid delays.
• It is strongly recommended that you provide a contact phone number at checkout to assist with delivery coordination.
• We recommend nominating a business or work address where someone is available to receive and sign for deliveries during standard hours.
• If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may:
• Leave the parcel in a safe place (if specified or deemed appropriate), or
• Leave a card with instructions for collection from a local post office, depot, or StarTrack facility.
• If redelivery is required, additional delivery charges may apply. Our team or the courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

3. Freight Calculation and Oversized Items

• Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on your location, order size, and weight.
• Some larger or bulky items (e.g. engine blocks, cranks, wheels, tyres, seats) may require manual freight calculation.
• For a quote, please contact CMP with your postcode, suburb, and a list of items you wish to order.

4. Shipping Providers

CMP uses trusted courier services to ensure efficient and secure delivery. These include:

• StarTrack Express – Air Bag and Road Express services
• Quicklee – Local courier service for Western Australian metro areas (up to 3 daily deliveries)
• Other providers may be used depending on your location and order requirements

You may nominate a preferred courier, or our dispatch team will select the most suitable option based on cost, speed, and reliability.

5. Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from CMP’s showroom:

Collection Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Closed on Public Holidays
• Limited opening hours between Christmas and New Year

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting.
